Whenever you eat anything, energy enters your body in the form of calories. The 3500 calories deficit might look quite high, but might be the total number for the week is high, but it is a weekly calculation. So, all you need to do is lose weight with an easy diet plan. Divide 3500 with seven days, and each day if you make a deficit of about 500 calories, you can easily reach 3500 marks in a week.
